Piccolo and TASE400 LD Successfully Demonstrated on Aerosonde HQ

Textron Systems recently released this Aerosonde HQ Advantages video which demonstrates the Collins Aerospace Piccolo flight management capability and features the Collins Aerospace TASE400 LD Imaging System.

Piccolo autopilots provide a complete integrated avionics solution that includes the flight control processor, inertial sensors, ported air data sensors, GPS receiver and datalink radio. With over a decade in the field the Piccolo Autopilot has become the UAS industry standard flight management system.

The TASE400 LD is a 7-inch diameter 2-axis stabilized imaging system featuring a STANAG 3733 laser designator with continuous zoom SD MWIR, integrated GPS/INS, and onboard video processing.
