Air Robotics Introduces Four Delta sUAS

Air Robotics has introduced the Im IV-D (Four Delta), a hand-launched, small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) capable of carrying a wide variety of user-swappable payloads and able to survive demanding field environments. The Four Delta incorporates Air Robotics’ patent-pending Modular Payload Lifting System pod and AirRoplate airframe manufacturing process.  The Four Delta’s rugged, payload flexible design enables customers to save more than 60% in acquisition, operations and maintenance costs when compared to other sUAS.

Fitting into a small case for transport and able to lift its weight in payload, the Four Delta is well suited for small UAS service providers, system integrators, payload and autopilot developers as a payload-independent platform. The Four Delta is also available as a complete system with autopilot and payloads fully integrated to customer specifications.

“The Four Delta represents the forward edge of small system airframe technology. Our patent-pending technology enables users to keep their costs low.  Protecting the user’s investment in the airframe, the payload and even the cost of downtime are big factors.  Our robust airframes not only survive life in the field, but also protect the payload,” said Jeff Imel, Air Robotics Founder and President. We believe that customers in the United States and abroad will find the Four Delta a compelling solution to support their sUAS operations.”
